There is now a 'hamradio' directory at the top level, and the packet stuff has moved to 'hamradio/packet'. 73 - Bdale, N3EUA ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 23 Feb 94 10:42 CDT From: emillar@enlaces.ufro.cl (Eduardo Millar) Subject: Loocking for any NET (for PCs) version that support LocalTalk To: tcp-group@ucsd.edu Now, I am networking with TCP/IP and using NosView (KA9Q version for PC). I not h ave problem with PCs Ethernet and Netware Novell. My problem is How can I connect a PC using any version of NET to a LocalTalk network. He has been trying to use the KISS v7 code with little success... it seems to receive stuff from the modem port just fine and send it to the NOS computer, but outgoing packets never get transmitted. Does anyone know how TNC-2 compatible this new TNC really is? The older 1270Bs work fine with these chips, so we suspect the TNC has changed, although maybe it is just a matter of proper hardware handshaking. Any ideas? 73, Bob, wa2zzx bapplega@isd.csc.com ------------------------------ End of TCP-Group Digest V94 #50 ******************************
